Metcon
Every 90 Seconds x 24 Sets (36 Minutes)

Every 2 Minutes x
1. 10-12 reps Lateral Box Step Up, 3131 Tempo, Left Leg
2. 10-12 reps Lateral Box Step Ups, 3131 Tempo, Right Leg
3. 70% of Max Reps Push-ups
4. 8-10 reps Side Plank Clamshell, 1113 Tempo, Left Side
5. 8-10 reps Side Plank Clamshell, 1113 Tempo, Right Side
6. Rest

Note:
1. Building TUT in with movements this week.
2. Re-introduction to building voume with push-ups.
