:30 Wall Facing Handstand Hold
6-8 reps/side Reverse Lunge to Single Leg RDL
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
35 Minute AMRAP:
800m Run
5 Wall Walks
100 Double Unders
50 Prisoner Walking Lunge Steps

1. This is just a simple workout with the goal of continual movement. If you need to scale down the run, and volume in order to do so, go for it.
