8-10 reps/side Reverse Lunge to Single Leg RDL
8-10 reps Inchworm + Push-up
Metcon
3 Sets:
:25-:35 Wall Facing Handstand Hold
Rest :25-:35 Seconds

Rest 2-3 Minutes

3 Sets:
10-12 reps/side Handstand Shoulder Taps
Rest :30-:60 Seconds

400m Walking Lunge Steps

1. This is a tester that we will be able to revisit. It’s a burner and wil definitely smoke your legs.
2. 18 Minute Time Cap
3. If you don’t think you will be able to complete under the cap, you can scale down the distance of lunges.
